Assisted Reproductive technology is a tool for infertility treatments used to achieve pregnancy  Such as IVF, ICSI, IUI and Surrogacy .Assisted reproductive technology is a large group of techniques and procedures.

ART Techniques:

IVF: In Vitro Fertilization is one of the ART technologies. IVF is the process of fertilization by physically joining an egg & sperm in a laboratory dish, and then moving the embryo to the uterus of a woman the aim of achieving pregnancy.

Assisted Reproductive technology

ICSI:Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection

ICSI is an effective technique to fertilize eggs in the IVF lab after they have been removed from the female. It is important way for male infertility cases.

it is a very useful techniquein Men having very low sperm count or with poor motility and sperm morphology

IUI: Intra Uterine Insemination

To increase the couple’s chances of success of becoming pregnant, intrauterine insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments are two frequently used techniques of fertility treatment. Intra Uterine Insemination or IUI is a procedure that  improves the probability of pregnancy by carrying the sperm closer to the egg as the washed sperm is injected using a catheter near to the fallopian tubes.

Benefits of IUI

Artificial insemination (AI)is useful for those with male issue infertility, or cervical mucus problems. This technique can also help individual women to also get pregnant and have children with donor sperm. For women over 25 who are having trouble getting pregnant, IUI may be helpful, particularly when joined with ovulation-boosting fertility drugs.

Success rates

Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI) has honestly good success rates and contains the following five steps:

  • Semen examination
  • Monitoring of female ovulation
  •  washing the Semen
  • Using only the washed sperm
  • Injection of the washed sperm into the uterus

Artificial insemination is a method where sperm are injected straight into your uterus. It is used by several women & couples.

Donor sperm & artificial insemination

If your husband or partner has male infertility problems, you may be involved in using donor sperm during artificial insemination. Some couples may also choose to use donor sperm when a male partner is at risk of passing down an inherited genetic or chromosomal disorder to his children.

In ART techniques sometimes donor eggs (eggs from another woman) could be used as well as donor sperm, or earlier frozen embryos. Donor eggs are sometimes used for women who have ovarian problems and cannot produce eggs. Genetic Disorders could be another indication for using donor eggs and/or donor sperm – donor eggs or donor sperm is sometimes used when the woman or man has a genetic disease that can be passed on to the baby. An infertile couple could also use donor embryos. These are embryos that were either formed by couples in infertility treatment or were formed from donor sperm & donor eggs. The specified embryo is transferred to the uterus.

We have successfully introduced all these above ART techniques with suitable equipment’s and ART renovations and have a high success rates.
